Brand Colors: Match Your Bundles to Your Store Automatically

Kaching reads the colors from your storefront and turns them into a palette you can apply to every bundle deal — no hex codes, no guesswork.

Overview

A bundle converts best when it looks like it belongs on the page. Brand Colors takes care of that for you: Kaching scans pages, picks up the colors and saves them as your brand palette.

From there you can apply that palette to any bundle deal in one click, adjust any color you don't like, and reuse it every time you build a new deal.

Why it's worth setting up:

  • Your bundles looking like they belong. They inherit your background, text and accent colors instead of generic defaults.

  • You build deals faster. Pick a template, choose the Brand theme, and the deal already matches your store.

  • You can restyle everything at once. Deals built with brand colors are linked to your palette, so changing one color in the palette updates every deal using it — no need to open each bundle.

Where to Find It

The Brand colors button appears in three places:

  • On the Overview page

  • On the Templates page, when you're creating a new deal

  • Inside the deal editor, while you're designing a bundle

They all open the same window.

How to Use It

  1. Open Brand colors You'll see the palette we found on your store, grouped into Neutrals, Accents, Badge and Alerts, with a live bundle preview beside it.

  2. Review the preview The preview is a real bundle deal wearing your palette. This is the fastest way to spot a color that doesn't work.

  3. Adjust anything you don't like Click a swatch to open the color picker and change it — or paste a hex value from your brand guidelines. The preview updates as you go.

4. Save

  • Save stores the palette for future deals.

  • Save & Apply to bundle deal also repaints the deal you currently have open.

5. Use the palette when building deals On the Templates page, pick the Brand swatch (the gradient one) and your new deal is built with brand colors from the start. Inside the deal editor, every color setting has a Brand colors tab next to Custom colors — choosing a brand color there links that field to your palette.

Change Once, Update Everywhere

The most time-saving part. When a color setting is linked to a brand color it references to your palette.

If you rebrand, run a seasonal promo, or simply decide your accent should be a different shade, you change it once in Brand colors and every linked deal follows. Before you save, we'll tell you how many bundle deals the change affects.

If you ever want one deal to break the pattern, switch that specific field back to Custom colors — the rest of the deal stays linked.

If We Couldn't Find Your Colors

Sometimes the scan can't run. The most common reasons:

  • Your storefront is password-protected — we can't reach the page to read it.

  • No products are published to your online store — can't reach the page to read it.

  • A technical error on our side or a temporary store issue.

You'll see the reason in the Brand colors window. Fix it (remove the password, publish a product) and click Rescan brand colors. There's a short cooldown between scans.

Until a scan succeeds you'll see our default palette. You can also skip the scan entirely and just set your colors by hand — the palette works the same way either way.

Tips

  • Run Brand colors before you build your first deal — it's less work than restyling afterwards.

  • Rescan after a theme change or redesign to pick up your new colors.
