Overview

This guide will walk you through our refund policy and process. It's important to note that while uninstalling an app automatically cancels your subscription, Shopify's billing policy might still affect you.

Note: All our apps come with a 14-day free trial, which should be sufficient time to evaluate the app before you are charged.

Our Refund Policy

We typically do not offer refunds. However, we may grant an exception and issue a refund for the last billing cycle if you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the app as expected.

For example, if you have been subscribed for several months, we can only refund the charge for the most recent billing period.

Charges After Uninstallation

Please be aware that if you uninstall an app in the middle of a billing cycle, Shopify will still charge you for the entire 30-day cycle. This is Shopify's billing policy and is outside of our control.

Important: Charges for a full billing cycle after uninstalling an app are part of Shopify's policy and are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund for Technical Issues

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a technical issue, please contact our support team with the following information:

  1. Your store's myshopify.com URL.

  2. The email address associated with your Shopify account.

  3. The date and amount of the charge you are requesting to have refunded.

  4. A detailed explanation of the technical issue you encountered.

Our team will review your request and process a refund if it aligns with our policy. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days and will appear as an app credit on your next Shopify bill.
