All subscription sales are recorded just like your regular orders in Shopify.
Once a subscription order is placed, it will show up just like any regular order in your Orders section, clearly marked with a “Kaching Subscription” tag for easy tracking.
At the same time, the corresponding subscription contract will appear in the Subscriptions page of the Kaching Subscriptions app, where you can view and manage all subscription details.
Every time a subscription renews, the subscription contract is automatically updated with the latest information. This includes:
Current billing cycle – showing the active period for your subscription.
Past orders – a record of all previous subscription orders.
Upcoming orders – what’s scheduled to be delivered next.
Alongside this, a new subscription order is automatically created in your Shopify Orders page, so you can easily keep track of both ongoing and upcoming subscription activity in one place.
