Removing a discount in Shopify (whether through the Bundles app, Shopify Discounts, or another app) does not affect existing subscription contracts.
Here’s why:
When a customer checks out with a subscription that includes a discount (like BOGO or percentage off), that discount is saved directly into the subscription contract.
Even if you later delete or disable the discount in Shopify or in the app, the subscription contract keeps the original discount.
This means your customers will continue to receive the same discount they signed up for, unless you manually change or cancel the subscription contract itself.
In short: deleting a discount in Shopify or an app will not remove it from existing subscription contracts.
