At this time, transferring your Kaching Bundles subscription directly from one Shopify store to another isn't possible. This limitation stems from how Shopify manages app billing: each app subscription is tied to a specific store and billing account. Shopify does not currently support transferring app subscriptions between stores.
What If I’m on a Yearly Plan?
If you're subscribed to our yearly plan and need to move to a different store, we’re here to help. While we can't transfer the subscription directly, our customer support team can assist you in two ways:
Refund for Unused Subscription: We can issue a refund for the unused portion of your yearly subscription on the original store.
Discount on New Store: Alternatively, we can provide a discount for your subscription on the new store.

Why can’t Shopify transfer subscriptions?
Shopify's billing system is designed to treat each store as a separate entity. This means that app subscriptions, billing cycles, and charges are managed independently for each store. As a result, subscriptions can't be transferred between stores.
