Overview

The Kaching Bundles Referral Program lets existing Bundles merchants earn Shopify app credits by referring other Shopify merchants to install and subscribe to Kaching Bundle Quantity Breaks. Referred merchants get a discount on their subscription, and referrers earn a share of the revenue their referrals generate.

This program is separate from our Affiliate Partners Program, which is intended for agencies, influencers, and content creators.

How it works

Eligible Bundles merchants receive access to the Referral Program inside the Bundles app.
Once you enrol in the program, you receive a unique discount code.
You share your code with other Shopify merchants - they enter it at plan checkout for an instant 50% discount, and you're attributed as the referrer at the same moment.
1. Alternatively, you can share your referral link from your Mantle affiliate dashboard. The discount and attribution apply automatically after install (typically within 10 minutes).
Rewards begin once the referred merchant upgrades to a paid plan.
You earn Shopify app credits based on their subscription revenue.

Rewards

For the referred merchant

50% off Kaching Bundle Quantity Breaks for the first 2 months after upgrading to a paid plan.

For the referrer (you)

25% revenue share on the referred merchant's Bundles subscription (calculated after any discounts applied to the referred merchant). Rewards accrue monthly to your pending balance and are issued as Shopify app credits once you reach the $50 threshold.
Rewards continue for up to 12 months from the moment the referred merchant subscribes to a paid Bundles plan (not from when they install the app), as long as they remain on a paid plan.
Shopify app credits can be used toward any future Shopify app purchases or subscription charges in your Shopify admin.

Tracking & attribution

Only signups that use your unique discount code or come through your unique referral link are tracked. Manual referral claims are not accepted.
Referral discount code can only be used by merchants whose Bundles install is less than 1 month old.
Attribution is handled automatically via Mantle. You'll receive an email notification each time a new merchant is attributed to you.
Program stats, referral history, and payout requests are available in your Mantle affiliate dashboard - this is the single source of truth for referrer data.

How payouts work?

Referral rewards accrue to your pending balance in the Mantle dashboard as your referred merchants pay their Bundles subscription each month.
Once your pending balance reaches $50, Shopify app credits are issued to your Shopify account.
Issued credits appear in your Shopify admin and can be used toward any Shopify app purchase or subscription charge.
Payouts are issued only as Shopify app credits - not cash, PayPal, bank transfer, or any other method.

If you churn from Bundles

If your store uninstalls Bundles or downgrades off a paid Bundles plan, your participation in the Referral Program ends:

Shopify app credits already issued to your Shopify account remain valid and usable.
Your pending balance (accrued rewards not yet issued) is forfeited - this includes any balance below the $50 threshold and any balance above it that hasn't been issued yet.
No new rewards will accrue from that point forward, even if your referred merchants remain on paid Bundles plans.

Rewards resume if you reinstall and return to a paid plan, but only for referrals still within their 12-month reward window.

Refunds

If a referred merchant receives a refund on their Bundles subscription, the associated referral reward for that period will be voided and deducted from your balance.

Program restrictions

To protect the integrity of the program, the following are not allowed:

Self-referrals: You may not refer your own stores, stores you own or operate, or coordinate with others to refer each other. Self-referral rewards will be reversed.
Coupon and deal sites: Posting referral discount codes or links on coupon, cashback, or deal aggregator sites is not permitted.
Unauthorized use of our brand: You may not register or use domain names, social handles, or ad creatives that include "Kaching Appz", "Kaching Bundles", "Kaching Bundle Quantity Breaks", or close variations.
Brand bidding in ads: Running paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) using our brand name or close variations is not permitted unless pre-approved in writing.
Unsolicited email marketing: Purchased lists, spam, and unsolicited mass emails are prohibited.
Misrepresentation: Don't misrepresent the app's features, pricing, or your relationship to Kaching Appz.

Violations may result in voided rewards, removal from the program, and/or being barred from future Kaching Appz programs.

Changes to the program

Kaching Appz may update these terms, reward rates, reward durations, eligibility requirements, or the payout threshold at any time. Changes apply going forward only and will not retroactively affect rewards already earned. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or inside the Bundles app.

We also reserve the right to suspend or end the Referral Program at any time. If the program ends, Shopify app credits already issued to your account remain valid. Any pending balance that has not yet been issued as credits is forfeited — including amounts below the $50 threshold and any unprocessed amounts above it.
