If you’ve ever encountered a cancelled subscription and weren’t sure whether to fulfill the order, here’s some clarification:

Subscription orders created through your online store and recurring orders created via Kaching Subscriptions are the result of a successful billing attempt, meaning the customer has paid for the products.

As the merchant, you are required to fulfill these orders.
